I. OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITY
You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
II. KEY JOB DUTIES
Troubleshooting network-related issues (Internet, LAN, Printer, Camera)
Handling errors related to network equipment, UPS, and switchboards.
Labeling equipment, managing IT assets, and reporting monthly basics.
Support and set up Macbook & PC for staff including installation software, operating system, and handle other troubles, etc
Manage Software license and test devices….
Backup user data.
Monitoring the status of ink, and damaged components, replacing, or fixing devices (Laptop, Desktop, Mobile Phones, Tablets…) for staff.
Update IT documents (if any), and user guide documentation (if applicable)
Look for the quotation of IT devices and report to the buying department.
Consulting with the IT team and other departments as required.
Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
III. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES
Have 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent in education and experience.
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
Excellent IT skills (MS, TeamViewer, GSuite, Google Drive, etc.).
Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
Knowledge of Macbook software, LAN, and wireless networks.
Knowledge of Smartphones and Tablets.
Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good at moral character, honesty, enthusiasm, carefulness, and a high sense of responsibility in work.
Vendor and supplier management.
