I. KEY JOB DUTIES

  • Drive and optimize global mobile marketing campaigns with paid ad networks.

  • Partner with international and local teams to support large advertising campaigns. 

  • Manage and grow a team of user acquisition professionals

  • Lead and oversee development of performance plans for newly launched games and help the team execute to maximize value to Athena

  • Work with the Analytics team to find actionable data trends and improve reporting.

  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly budget forecasting, reporting of results

  • Develop test plans, measure performance, and make recommendations based on testing.

  • Monitor competitive best practices, keep up with industry trends and continually introduce new ideas and work with the creative development team for improving performance.

  • Develop marketing strategies to expand our customer pool


II. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Definition of metrics and their relationship in analyzing digital ad campaigns

  • Advanced concepts of UA (retention rate, ARPU, ARPDAU, LTV, IPM, cohort, organic uplift, ...)

  • Fundamental concepts of Marketing & Business

  • Experience in creative production or marketing idea pitching

  • Fundamental concepts of ASO

SKILLS:

  • Good at mathematics

  • Fluent in English (daily interactions with international partners)

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads or other ad networks.

  • Experience in using marketing tools

  • Experience in using project management tools & framework

  • Experience in using tools to analyze data
